Eberron is official!
The Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron
Launching today with the announcement, you can now pick up The Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron on the DM’s Guild! Though Eberron creator Keith Baker says “it’s treated as Unearthed Arcana,” this is official content!
As the material undergoes playtesting, Wizards of the Coast can publish new updates which will be available via updated material on the DM’s Guild. In that sense, the material is subject to change like Unearthed Arcana, but it is actually official right now.
Speaking of Unearthed Arcana, you can check out four new Eberron races in today’s release: Changelings, Kalashtar, Shifters, and Warforged!
D&D Creative Director Mike Mearls guarantees that the meat of the material may be included in a print book at some point in the future, although they will try to avoid overlap with The Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron:
Whether these materials will ultimately be published in an Eberron hardcover book will depend on the success of the product.
Supplementing the instant rollout of the Eberron campaign is a series of encounters from the talented DM’s Guild Adepts!
